Key Responsibilities

•Own the end-to-end technical setup for all new releases, restocks, and promotional deals.
•Direct inventory to the correct warehouses, review weekly shipments, and ensure product availability aligns with street dates, Record Store Day demand, and consumption spikes; liaise with D2C & International teams to synchronize inventory.
•Serve as a versatile operational lead across both physical and digital formats, manage priorities, assemble DSP Recap Decks, and coordinate assets for focus tracks; support Record Store Day operations and in-store events.
•Act as the primary sender for official customer notifications, including price changes, distribution updates, recalls, and deletion letters; manage the Physical New Release Site and weekly account blasts.
•Own the distribution of the weekly New Release Report and New Release Grid; perform administrative maintenance including merge requests and database updates.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 70,000 - 80,000 annually
