Key Responsibilities

  • •Enable and operate Cisco Buy/Sell program, including buying from suppliers and selling Cisco-owned inventory to contract manufacturers
  • •Manage purchase orders and purchase-related processes, including shipment tracking and expediting
  • •Manage sales orders and inventory allocation to contract manufacturers, including SLA commitment and billing resolution
  • •Handle RTV and RMA processes, including returns/exchanges and coordination for replacement/credit
  • •Troubleshoot EDI/B2B failures and partner with IT/Central teams for system/process enhancements and monthly reporting

  • •6-8 years of supply chain experience, preferably in the technology industry
