Key Responsibilities

  • •Build decision memos with trade-off analysis, recommendations, and named risks/owners with close dates.
  • •Run market, competitor, and client analysis to support go-to-market, pricing, and product prioritization decisions, partnering with Finance on value capture quantification inputs.
  • •Create M&A analysis and investment theses, quantify synergy capture, build EBITDA bridges, support diligence, and track realized value capture vs. the thesis.
  • •Own board of directors decks, weekly sponsor/investor updates, and CEO pre-reads with disciplined version control and sourcing.
  • •Manage executive operating cadence: agendas/pre-reads, Notion and initiative tracker action item hygiene, and quarterly OKR cycle including scoring and variance reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •7-12 years of professional experience, including at least 3 years in management consulting, investment banking, or an equivalent corporate strategy function.
