Educate clients on digital self-service banking solutions such as ATMs, Online and Mobile banking. Support sales and service activities through outbound calling and Integrated Relationship Management (IRM), including handling new account openings and problem resolution. Follow internal controls, operational procedures, and risk management policies, and complete ongoing product and sales training.
