Key Responsibilities

  • •Own daily operation of the ACE Service Lab to support manufacturing line requirements for reticle and wafer preparation.
  • •Perform particle inspection and related laboratory processes including coating, developing, and reticle cleaning.
  • •Operate and maintain service lab equipment and execute troubleshooting and preventive/periodic maintenance to ensure tool reliability and process stability.
  • •Investigate manufacturing issues and support escalation handling, notifications, and supply deviation notifications.
  • •Analyze process/equipment performance data and drive continuous improvement using Lean, SPC, and problem-solving; support NPI/industrialization readiness.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or above in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Science, Materials Science, or a related discipline.
  • •2+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, laboratory operations, process engineering, or equipment engineering.
  • •Experience working in a semiconductor cleanroom environment.
  • •Hands-on experience operating, maintaining, or troubleshooting semiconductor process equipment.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement sustainable solutions.
