Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead architectural design activities for medium-complexity projects, ensuring effective and aesthetic outcomes that meet client, authority, and code requirements.
  • •Develop schematic and detailed designs and participate in preparing tender documents for design projects.
  • •Support Project Managers with managing client relations, presentations/workshops, and responding to clarifications and technical issues as needed.
  • •Coordinate internal data collection and cross-discipline design coordination (e.g., structural, mechanical, water & environment) across design stages.
  • •Lead/participate in design value engineering and validate design deliverables with clients and authorities, capturing feedback and obtaining approvals; support supervision by responding to RFIs and resolving design conflicts.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture; master’s in Architecture or related field preferred.
  • •15+ years of industry architectural design experience, particularly hospitality (7 & 5 star hotels, resorts, museums, and luxury apartments/villas).
  • •In-depth knowledge and proven track record in hospitality architectural design, with exposure to global best practices and trends.
  • •Understanding of international engineering standards and codes.
  • •Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; proficiency in spoken and written English (Arabic is an advantage).
