Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform planned maintenance and unplanned repairs of production line equipment for PCB-related processes including electroplating, etching, solder mask printing, drilling, lamination, and/or plasma etching.
  • •Maintain and repair production line assets such as SMT line equipment, epoxy dispensing printers, conveyor systems, thermal and reliability test chambers, and vacuum systems.
  • •Read schematics to troubleshoot systems down to the component level and execute lockout/tagout procedures safely.
  • •Use diagnostic equipment and calibration tools to monitor performance, identify root causes, and recommend reliability improvements.
  • •Work with maintenance/engineering and vendors to address equipment downtime and provide training to production personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
  • •2+ years of maintenance or troubleshooting experience with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic systems.
  • •Ability to read and interpret electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and drawings.
  • •Ability to use power tools and hand tools, plus diagnostic equipment for calibration, diagnosis, and repair.
  • •Current or past certification for IPC-A-600, IPC-6012 and/or IPC-J-STD-001 and/or IPC-A-610.
