Key Responsibilities

  • •Prepare daily supplies and PPE, then access your schedule and travel to patients’ homes to deliver care.
  • •Build rapport with patients and collect relevant information prior to performing clinical services.
  • •Perform diagnostic and low-acuity services including phlebotomy/specimen collection, diabetic retina images, diabetic foot screenings, and ECGs.
  • •Label collected samples properly and coordinate lab drop-off or shipment to the appropriate facility.
  • •Use mobile technology and HIPAA-secure messaging for charting and care coordination while maintaining high professionalism, quality, and patient comfort.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 30 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Previous experience in venipuncture and providing preventative/diagnostic services to patients.
  • •State-required licensure and/or proof of training; national certification where state licensure is not required.
  • •Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and proof of completion of required course/program based on licensure level.
  • •Valid Driver’s License with current vehicle insurance and ability to travel to patients’ homes.
  • •Pass required background checks (national background check and DMV check) and meet required clinical license search requirements.
