Job Summary

Develop and implement daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance schedules for Lucky Friday, ensuring accurate plans, resource-leveled work scopes, and timely execution with maintenance teams and operations. Track leading and lagging maintenance and cost KPIs, manage minor site infrastructure capital projects, and analyze equipment history to recommend improvements. Maintain preventive/predictive/breakdown procedures and administer the IFS CMMS, including master data, work orders, and maintenance tactics, while ensuring full safety and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow and promote the Lucky Friday Maintenance Work Management Process and build/maintain accurate plans and work scopes.
•Develop and implement resource-leveled short- and long-term schedules for maintenance activities and coordinate execution with maintenance teams and operations.
•Monitor and report leading/lagging maintenance and cost KPIs; develop additional reports as required.
•Manage minor capital projects for maintaining site infrastructure and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and improvements.
•Manage the IFS CMMS, including master data and maintenance work order system accuracy, and ensure maintenance work complies with safety regulations and company policies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Planning (or equivalent education and experience).
•Minimum 4 years of experience in a maintenance planning role and minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance.
•Experience setting up, using, and maintaining computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS); IFS preferred.
•Proven experience in maintenance planning or scheduling, specifically with electrical systems.
•Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory requirements related to electrical maintenance.
