Key Responsibilities

  • •Build business partnerships by liaising and collaborating with finance teams to provide ad-hoc advice and solutions.
  • •Lead internal transfer pricing risk assessment and implement transfer pricing processes, controls, and periodic monitoring.
  • •Conduct functional and financial analyses to reaffirm existing transfer pricing policies.
  • •Implement, monitor, and maintain operational transfer pricing processes, improve them, and perform periodic transfer pricing calculations.
  • •Collaborate with external consultants to prepare, review, and update contemporaneous transfer pricing documentation and other TP compliance documents.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of transfer pricing experience, including at least 2 years as a senior manager or equivalent, in a multinational/global company, accounting firm, or professional firm.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or an equivalent related field.
  • •Experience across transfer pricing planning, compliance, and controversy matters.
  • •Strong data analysis and time management skills.
  • •High proficiency in Spanish or Portuguese and English for effective communication with global partners across Brazil and Mexico markets.
