Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide subject matter expertise across semi-liquid, private equity, private credit, infrastructure, and hybrid fund structures.
  • •Oversee and review NAV production activities for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulatory and internal control requirements.
  • •Support complex valuation methodologies, unitization processes, pricing controls, and performance fee calculations.
  • •Review and enhance operating models to improve scalability, efficiency, risk management, and control effectiveness.
  • •Act as an escalation point for complex operational issues, reconciliations, exceptions, and client queries, and support audit, regulatory, and client due diligence activities.

Key Requirements

  • •6+ years of experience in Fund Accounting, Alternative Investments, Asset Servicing, or a related environment.
  • •Strong technical knowledge of semi-liquid fund structures, private markets products, and hybrid investment vehicles.
  • •Experience working with Luxembourg fund structures and regulatory requirements.
  • •Strong understanding of NAV production, valuation methodologies, pricing controls, and fund accounting oversight.
  • •Third-level qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
