Key Responsibilities

  • •Engage clients in in-person and phone conversations to uncover financial wellness opportunities and provide tailored recommendations.
  • •Consistently attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals and expectations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and lending products, including deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch teammates and line-of-business partners to acquire new clients and deepen existing relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience (required) or a Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
  • •Minimum 1 year of experience developing current and new customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources (required).
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports (required).
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, and web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms (required).
