Key Responsibilities

•Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems.
•Act as the consultative sales partner by evaluating customer homes and recommending upgrades or service enhancements on-site.
•Train homeowners on how to use their new systems to protect their families.
•Conduct a safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technicians and customers.
•Grow through consistent coaching and leadership training to advance within the organization.

•Maintain a valid driver’s license and good driving record, and successfully pass post-offer background investigation and licensing requirements per applicable law.

•Bring a sales mindset with experience in retail, B2C sales, insurance, or service-based sales.
•Demonstrate a customer-first attitude with integrity and the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
•Meet physical requirements, including lifting up to 45 lbs and climbing ladders while working in confined spaces.
