Job Summary

Support pre-sales and project delivery for ELV security systems by conducting site surveys and translating customer requirements into project execution plans. Lead installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of CCTV (IP/Analog), NVRs/VMS, and access control panels/controllers/readers/locks. Coordinate onsite technicians and subcontractors, deliver end-user training, and manage the full SIRA inspection and approval process through final approval.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct detailed site surveys and support pre-sales by understanding customer requirements, project scope, technical prerequisites, and compliance needs.
•Plan and manage onsite implementation activities for CCTV, access control, and ELV systems.
•Lead and supervise installation, configuration, testing, and commissioning of CCTV cameras, NVRs/VMS, and access control components in line with approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
•Coordinate daily onsite activities of technicians, subcontractors, and labor teams to ensure timely execution.
•Coordinate SIRA inspections by preparing and submitting required documentation, addressing inspection comments, and supporting end-user training and system handover.

Key Requirements

•3–7 years of experience in ELV / security system projects in UAE.
•Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
•Hands-on experience in configuration and commissioning of security systems.
•Good understanding of SIRA regulations and the approval process.
•SIRA certification (preferred).
