Job Summary

Own IFRS reporting and tax compliance for a group of SKELAR companies across EU, UK, US, and Asia. Coordinate financial statement audits, prepare standalone and consolidated reporting, and ensure tax filings and forecasted tax burden (P&L) align with compliance goals and ETR targets. Drive new process development and help structure internal and external operations while partnering with accountants, tax consultants, and cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate audits of group companies’ financial statements, including preparation, communication with auditors, and resolving audit questions.
•Prepare standalone and consolidated financial statements on a regular basis.
•Ensure tax compliance, including supporting profit tax filings with external accountants and tax consultants.
•Prepare tax burden forecasts by collecting stakeholder inputs, building planned P&L, and coordinating with external consultants to maintain compliance.
•Develop and implement new processes through analysis of current workflows, and participate in structuring internal and external operations; lead compliance-related projects as needed.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in leading international audit firms (Big-4/Tier-2) or in finance departments of international companies.
•Experience preparing or reviewing financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
•Strong self-organization and ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
•Confident analytical skills and critical thinking.
•English proficiency at Intermediate level or higher; confident with Excel and other MS Office / Google tools; international qualifications (ACCA, CFA, CIMA) are a significant advantage.
