Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of highly relevant experience owning multiple strategic workstreams and building deep industry expertise, focused on Insurance/Financial Services transformation.
  • •Deep background in enterprise IT and SaaS, demonstrating AI-fluent capability to scale outputs and guide technical teams on complex solution design.
  • •Master of value realization, setting the standard for business-critical proof points and advanced use cases across operations.
  • •Expert at orchestrating massive enterprise programs and navigating portfolio complexities, including mobilizing C-suite sponsorship and executive sponsorship.
  • •Engineering/CS/Math/Business Analytics (or comparable technical degree) or a Business/Economics degree with a technical minor; fluent English and German with exceptional executive presence.
