Coordinate business care activities with cross-functional teams across two locations. Serve as a key point of contact to support ongoing business needs, help drive consistent processes, and ensure required work is completed effectively. Partner with stakeholders to maintain continuity of service and address operational priorities as they arise. Work alongside colleagues in the Whitehorse/Melbourne area to support day-to-day execution.
