Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as a subject matter expert and take ownership for assigned physical security program(s).
  • •Develop program(s), analyze processes, implement improvements, and verify and track compliance requirements.
  • •Coordinate strategic vendor relationships to meet contractual obligations and maintain client satisfaction.
  • •Manage and report project costs, vendor invoices, and capital asset expenditures related to the program.
  • •Document objectives and end-to-end processes, compile statistical reporting, and present program status to leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Business Administration, Criminal Justice, or equivalent education and related training.
  • •Five years’ experience in bank operations, security program management, or a similar field.
  • •Ability to manage complex processes and competing priorities with minimal supervision.
  • •Leadership experience implementing best practices, planning and managing projects, and interpreting and conveying complex or sensitive information.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills, plus advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office software products.
