Key Responsibilities

  • •Ship the automated dispute-tracking pipeline end-to-end (data ingestion, status updates, provider-facing dashboard).
  • •Redesign and scale the data pipeline to support deployment across 200 provider groups and maintain the eligibility engine with benchmark infrastructure.
  • •Lead architecture decisions across the platform and drive engineering decisions as the team grows (on/offshore).
  • •Own features end-to-end with minimal guidance and operate as de facto CTO in early stages.
  • •Collaborate with cross-functional partners to shape product direction, design, and implementation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  • •Full-stack experience with ownership of features end-to-end.
  • •Frontend technologies: React, TypeScript; Backend: Node.js; Go for data pipelines and high-throughput work.
  • •Experience building data-intensive applications and systems on AWS.
