Key Responsibilities

•Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for tech & engineering roles, from initial contact to first day.
•Partner with senior engineering stakeholders to refine role requirements and maintain a consistent hiring bar.
•Execute proactive sourcing and high-velocity hiring events to build candidate momentum.
•Build and manage robust pipelines for engineering and technical roles to meet growth targets.
•Utilize recruitment data and funnel insights to improve sourcing efficiency and candidate conversion rates.

•Proven track record managing complex, high-volume recruitment across a Tech & Engineering portfolio.
•Ability to partner with senior engineering leaders to refine role requirements and maintain a high hiring bar.
•Data-driven mindset with experience using pipeline health and market intelligence to guide decisions.
•Strong networking skills and connections to the local engineering community to build talent pipelines quickly.
•Candidate-first approach with a focus on respectful, engaging, and transparent candidate experiences.
