Key Responsibilities

•Lead researching, designing, developing, and testing electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks; troubleshoot electrical device problems on the production line.
•Provide strategic guidance on design concepts and manufacturing techniques across test engineering.
•Complete and release drawings, electrical schematics, and BOMs per change management procedures.
•Collaborate with engineers, operators, and technicians and communicate effectively in a team environment.
•Design and review major components or functional systems and prototype test systems, using CAD and engineering systems.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with minimum 5 years of relevant experience or an advanced degree with minimum 3 years of experience (or 12 years in absence of a degree).

•Experience in researching, designing, developing, testing electrical components, equipment, systems, and networks; troubleshooting on production lines.
