Sr Software Eng Supervisor

Lead and manage a team of DevOps, SRE, and software engineers to develop and deliver cloud-based software solutions for security and access control systems. Partner cross-functionally to define software requirements aligned to customer needs, drive DevOps culture and CI/CD pipelines, and collaborate with Cloud Architects on architecture decisions. Ensure security, scalability, and reliability by following cloud best practices, security standards, and industry regulations while mentoring team members.
