Social Performance Advisor - 12 Months Fixed-Term

Support Alcoa’s External Relations and Sustainability team in Perth on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Social Performance Manager, you’ll help strengthen community outcomes and stakeholder relationships across regional operations. Lead rollout and adoption of the Social Information Management System (SIMS), coordinate with project and IT teams, manage change and engagement, support social/human rights impact monitoring and reporting, and stay current on relevant standards and best practices.
