Project Manager II

Manage moderately complex projects across regional client footprints and multiple services, overseeing projects through all phases from start to closeout. Lead design management activities including cost, budget, schedule, stakeholder coordination, and jurisdictional approvals. Provide functional direction across schedules, cost control, contract administration, quality, and dispute resolution, including reviewing change orders, payment applications, and construction progress.
