Key Responsibilities

  • •Proactively interact with Project Managers and Sales Opportunity Owners to initiate actions.
  • •Manage sales opportunity and project record updates (estimated revenue installments, review/actions for pre-staffing and readiness).
  • •Perform project analysis and maintain project budgets/backlog and forecast management, including expense review and WIP/billing approvals.
  • •Support project closure readiness by checking required criteria and notifying PMs of end-date activities; follow up on missing roles.
  • •Act as a Workday subject-matter expert: test enhancements, updates, and issues; train team members and create/maintain end-user training materials; define and document team processes.

Key Requirements

  • •0-1 year of prior work experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Finance, MBA (Finance), or accounting preferred.
  • •Proficient written and verbal communication; ability to communicate effectively with all levels.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, organized and detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • •Strong computer skills including Microsoft Excel and experience with Microsoft products (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint); Salesforce and Workday experience is a plus.
