Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide daily production line support by solving production issues promptly to maintain product quality and safe production.
  • •Standardize station/product work by developing standard operating time (SOE) for products and reducing SOE using Kaizen, RIE, and project-based improvement.
  • •Support special orders by developing processes, differentiating implementation steps, and training operators to execute special order requirements.
  • •Lead production line improvement projects, including new equipment/process introduction or replacement, and support manufacturing readiness for new product development.
  • •Drive quality improvement by participating in quality issue resolution, identifying root causes, preventing recurrence, and supporting automation/digitalization and poka-yoke opportunities with EHS considerations.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, HVAC, or a related field.
  • •More than 7 years of experience in factory manufacturing operations and lean production implementation in the HVAC industry, including at least 3 years in DC data center equipment.
  • •Strong experience implementing lean production (LEAN) and the ability to apply continuous improvement methods.
  • •Strong project management skills, including experience with factory automation and digitalization projects (preferred).
  • •Proficiency with AutoCAD, Pro-E (or other 3D design software), and MS Office.
