Job Summary

Support daily production line operations to ensure smooth DC line performance, product quality, and safe manufacturing. Drive process improvements that optimize fixtures and tools to improve efficiency, safety, and cost, while standardizing station/product work and reducing standard operating time. Lead production line improvement projects, support special orders and quality issue root-cause prevention, and identify automation/digitalization and poka-yoke opportunities, including EHS considerations for new developments.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide daily production line support by solving production issues promptly to maintain product quality and safe production.
•Standardize station/product work by developing standard operating time (SOE) for products and reducing SOE using Kaizen, RIE, and project-based improvement.
•Support special orders by developing processes, differentiating implementation steps, and training operators to execute special order requirements.
•Lead production line improvement projects, including new equipment/process introduction or replacement, and support manufacturing readiness for new product development.
•Drive quality improvement by participating in quality issue resolution, identifying root causes, preventing recurrence, and supporting automation/digitalization and poka-yoke opportunities with EHS considerations.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, HVAC, or a related field.
•More than 7 years of experience in factory manufacturing operations and lean production implementation in the HVAC industry, including at least 3 years in DC data center equipment.
•Strong experience implementing lean production (LEAN) and the ability to apply continuous improvement methods.
•Strong project management skills, including experience with factory automation and digitalization projects (preferred).
•Proficiency with AutoCAD, Pro-E (or other 3D design software), and MS Office.
