Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate and implement capability building and industry working group programs within the assigned region or area of expertise.
  • •Coordinate and/or conduct training for PGS, licensee sourcing teams, and factory management/worker teams on the PUMA Code of Conduct and related standards.
  • •Monitor PUMA sustainability standards (Social, H&S, Envt), manage third-party audits and follow-up reports, and update audit databases.
  • •Perform remediation and verification visits to core T1/T2 supplier factories to promote compliance with the Code of Conduct, Manuals of Standards, and local laws.
  • •Engage with external stakeholders and local government on regulatory impacts; support supplier implementation, freely elected worker representatives, internal reporting, and sustainability documentation updates.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in the area of expertise.
  • •At least 5+ years of working experience in the field.
  • •Good communication and presentation skills.
  • •Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
  • •Fluency in English (required).
