Ensure food and products are prepared and served according to timing, and maintain a fast, urgent kitchen workflow. Coordinate handoffs by communicating with kitchen vendors and riders, and keep equipment clean and in excellent working condition. Maintain cleaning schedules and monitor kitchen utilities availability, escalating issues by consulting the kitchen Ops coordinator before resolving operational problems.
