Key Requirements

  • •One year of previous branch leadership or management experience.
  • •Strong interpersonal, sales relationship, prioritization, and written/verbal communication skills.
  • •SAFE Mortgage Licensing Act compliance within 30 days of employment, including applicable NMLS background check, plus ability to inspire, lead, and coach others.
