Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning across all business channels.
  • •Provide actionable financial insights through variance analysis, KPIs, dashboards, and financial models.
  • •Ensure UAE VAT regulations and other GCC tax compliance, including filings, reconciliations, audits, and coordination with tax advisors.
  • •Support retail, wholesale, and e-commerce teams with financial analysis and pricing strategies; assess investments and expansion plans.
  • •Lead and develop the finance team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders; drive systems/process improvements including ERP and automation.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
  • •Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, or CMA) is mandatory; MBA in Finance is an advantage.
  • •8 to 12+ years of experience in accounting and financial management, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership role.
  • •Proven retail-sector experience (multi-store, multi-channel, or franchise environments) with GCC/MENA tax and commercial law knowledge.
  • •Strong proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), advanced Excel, financial modeling, and Power BI/BI tools.
