Job Summary

Work with Scrum teams to define and implement architectural solutions that support current and upcoming features across release trains. Own architecture and requirements at the product/platform level, translating business goals into forward-looking plans over 6–12 months. Collaborate with product management, R&D/software leaders, and Software DevOps to align on design decisions, perform decomposition and partitioning, and drive integration across Idea to Market (I2M), Application Development (AD), and PDLM suites.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist Scrum teams in defining and implementing hosting-ready solutions for upcoming features within release trains while ensuring nonfunctional requirement compliance.
•Ensure architecture creation and realization across products, solutions, services, and software in a release train, including involvement in code development as needed.
•Own architecture and requirements alignment at the product/platform level, translating technical aspects into business goals for cohesive product development.
•Collaborate with product management, R&D/software leaders, and Software DevOps to align on architecture and design decisions.
•Apply I2M architecture/platform creation logic, perform decomposition/partitioning, and reuse common and domain-specific platforms and technologies to streamline development.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
•5+ years of experience with a Bachelor's OR 3+ years with a Master's in software development, software design/architecture, testing, and quality assurance.
•Deep knowledge of software development and design, including familiarity with healthcare standards, customer environments, and compliance/regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA).
•Experience in software architecture and design decisions within release trains, including planning over a 6–12 month horizon.
•Familiarity with Agile methodology and SDLC, plus strong requirements and stakeholder management practices.
