Key Responsibilities

  • •Orient and instruct new drivers, and assist the supervisor in assigning and directing the work of employees.
  • •Communicate with supervisors/managers to maintain proper vehicle flow and log stock numbers and lot locations.
  • •Coordinate lane operations on sale days, including staging lease lanes and pre-sales with lot managers and quadrant coordinators.
  • •Transport drivers and shuttle employees and vehicles to and from the auction, auxiliary parking lots, dealerships, and other destinations according to schedule.
  • •Model safety behaviors, follow safety/health procedures, support safety activities, and help review work volumes, staffing levels, and performance against KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field (or an equivalent combination such as a degree/certification beyond HS/GED; OR 5 years’ experience).
  • •Valid driver’s license and safe driving ability.
  • •Basic mechanical knowledge (e.g., identifying flat tires, low gas, jump starting vehicles).
  • •Knowledge of lot operations/lot layout and/or LDM (preferred).
  • •Ability to meet physical demands (stand/walk/reach/talk and hear; lift 1–15 pounds) and clear a pre-employment drug test.
