Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead highly technical engineering teams locally and remotely (India), reporting to the Engineering Director.
  • •Manage third-party suppliers and oversee the NPI portfolio priorities and delivery on time/quality/cost.
  • •Create and ensure adherence to critical-to-success documentation (e.g., project plan, specifications, DVP).
  • •Work with internal technical and domain experts to generate end-to-end technology strategy for firmware and hardware.
  • •Direct customer interactions, match technology capabilities to needs and commercial objectives, manage team financials and metrics, and drive root cause analysis and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
  • •8+ years’ experience in product development in a fast-paced engineering environment.
  • •Proven leadership of technical teams and complex product development programmes.
  • •Experience delivering electronics products across the full lifecycle from concept to production.
  • •Strong knowledge of LPWAN or other wireless communications technologies, including low power battery devices, with broad hardware/firmware/embedded understanding.
