Job Summary

Ensure rider compliance and safety across high-traffic areas by monitoring behavior on the ground, discouraging illegitimate conduct, and issuing warnings when needed. Verify riders’ and bikes’ documents and the correct talabat branded gear, and check hygiene standards and maintenance. Record and analyze issues, coach non-compliant riders, and assist riders during emergencies to protect people and property.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain an on-the-ground enforcement presence by discouraging illegitimate behavior and issuing warnings to riders breaking guidelines.
•Evaluate local traffic and road safety concerns by observing problem areas and behaviors and providing inputs.
•Verify that riders use all required talabat branded gears and flag non-compliant riders for brand consistency.
•Conduct on-the-spot verification of rider and bike documents (Driving License, Emirates ID, Mulkiya, etc.) per local laws.
•Monitor rider behavior toward restaurants/customers and assist riders during emergencies and community support situations.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 1 year of experience as a delivery rider and 2–3 years of experience as a fleet/security coordinator.
•Good physical fitness and a presentable appearance.
•Disciplined and organised with strong ethics; maintain professional standards during stressful situations.
•Strong written and verbal communication in English and Hindi/Urdu (Arabic is a plus).
•Valid driving license and ability to record, report, analyze data, and coach non-compliant riders effectively.
