Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the management and performance of all Fitness and Recovery operations to ensure professionalism, customer service, and optimum financial results.
  • •Control budgets and costs (payroll-related costs, commissions, stock, consumables, and other expenditure) and support planning of budgets, business plans, forecasts, and commercial strategy.
  • •Monitor revenue and operational KPIs (average spend, utilisation, conversion, repeat bookings, treatment-room utilisation, and PT/coach/therapist productivity) and implement action plans.
  • •Own quality control and ensure SOPs, opening/closing procedures, treatment protocols, and guest journeys are consistently followed across Fitness Lab and Recovery Lab areas.
  • •Provide leadership to direct reports: oversee scheduling and attendance, handle guest/member complaints, manage performance issues, and ensure training plans and safety standards are met.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 3 years of progressive management experience in a 5-star or boutique fitness, recovery, spa, wellness, or luxury hospitality environment.
  • •Experience leading operational and commercial performance across Fitness and/or Recovery, including budgets, revenue, payroll, productivity, and cost control.
  • •Relevant internationally recognised diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in Sport & Exercise Science, Fitness, Wellness, Spa Management, Hospitality Management, or a related discipline.
  • •Strong administration skills managing in line with SOPs for service, training, inventory, payroll, and financial controls.
  • •Experience using booking, CRM, hotel, or fitness/wellness management systems.
