Job Summary

Deploy software for high-stakes customer operations by immersing yourself in customer workflows, identifying relevant datasets, and partnering with engineers to build stable, extensible pipelines and bespoke workflows. Lead training sessions, run and deliver demos, and present results to analysts and C-suite executives. Collaborate with software engineering and product design teams to translate field learnings into product offerings, while scoping new industry opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

•Go onsite and meet with customer analysts to understand critical questions and pain points.
•Identify relevant datasets and work with Forward Deployed Engineers to integrate data into stable, extensible pipelines.
•Work with the customer to build bespoke workflows for new user groups.
•Lead training sessions to ensure the product meets user needs and has measurable impact.
•Present results and proposals to audiences ranging from analysts to C-suite executives.

Travel: High travel

Key Requirements

•Security clearance or the ability to obtain a clearance.
•Swedish language fluency.
•Experience leveraging data to solve operational problems in unstructured environments.
•Experience programming, scripting, or statistical packages (e.g., Python, R, Matlab, SQL).
