Job Summary

Own and improve the Segregation of Duties (SOD) framework across IT and business processes by analyzing role conflicts, designing and maintaining SOD controls, and performing risk assessments. Partner with business units, IT, and compliance to remediate conflicts, update SOD rulesets and matrices, and run periodic reviews, audits, and reports. Support S4 HANA GRC role administration and testing for ruleset changes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of SOD controls across key business systems and processes.
•Perform risk assessments to identify potential conflicts in business roles and system access.
•Collaborate with business units, IT, and compliance to remediate SOD conflicts and implement effective controls.
•Maintain SOD rulesets and matrices and conduct periodic reviews, audits, and user-provisioning checks.
•Administer GRC business roles during ongoing S4 HANA deployments; review security changes, assess GRC ruleset changes, and support testing and audit activities.

Key Requirements

•3–5 years of experience in SOD analysis, IT controls, risk management, or related compliance roles.
•Strong understanding of internal controls, access management, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
•Familiarity with GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) platforms.
•Experience with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Infor) and SOD analysis tools.
•Advanced Excel/data analysis skills and advanced English proficiency.
