Key Responsibilities

•Execute assigned configuration updates related to contract templates and clause libraries.
•Support periodic template updates and re-approval activities, including documentation and validation.
•Assist with configuration and monitoring of AI Screen metadata and outputs, once implemented.
•Perform data cleanup, validation, and mass update activities for contracts and metadata.
•Monitor defined exception reports and escalate findings; respond to contract data requests per governance guidelines.

Key Requirements

•1-2 years of experience in a systems analyst or application support role.
•Experience supporting enterprise applications (CLM, Legal Tech, CRM, ERP or similar preferred).
•Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
•Proficient Excel and data-handling skills.
•Ability to follow defined processes and work independently on assigned tasks.
