Assistant Store Leader (Area support center- Chester)

Partner with the Store Leader to maximize store productivity and profitability through clienteling, omni-channel selling, coaching, and operational excellence. Lead a high-energy, inclusive sales-floor environment, recruit and develop associates, and review KPIs to improve conversion and revenue. Own sales plans and forecasts, execute brand and visual directives, and ensure compliance with policies, safety, and loss prevention while managing schedules, payroll budgets, and inventory accuracy.
