•Prepare regular reports and dashboards to communicate compensation trends and insights to management.
•Support the annual sales compensation planning process, including quota setting and quota attainment analysis; collaborate with Sales, Finance, and HR teams to gather requirements and update compensation structures.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales compensation, data analysis, process improvement, or revenue operations roles.
•Proficiency in commissions tools (e.g., CaptivateIQ, Xactly, Perfomio, Varicent).
•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
•Experience in Sales Operations or a similar function in a technology-driven organization.
