Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform all aspects of Quality Assurance on major contracts supporting day-to-day delivery of underwater capabilities.
  • •Plan and carry out project audits and surveillance activities in line with Project Quality Plans and the audit strategy.
  • •Represent the customer within project or bid teams and take actions to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • •Manage and analyze quality reports to continually improve performance and meet project time-scales.
  • •Encourage best practice, promote a quality culture, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Have proven experience working as a Quality Engineer or Quality Assurance Manager in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • •Have detailed knowledge of quality practices and standards, preferably AS9100.
  • •Be a qualified auditor or have similar audit experience.
  • •Possess excellent communication and influencing skills to promote quality across the wider operations team.
  • •Have experience working within a project structure and managing work packages (desirable).
