Job Summary

Drive SAP S/4HANA Finance transformation by gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing and optimizing Finance processes across AP, AR, GL, Treasury, reporting, and financial close. Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications, collaborating with SAP consultants and engineering teams. Support UAT, defect resolution, go-live, and hypercare, while helping standardize, automate, and continuously improve end-to-end Finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Gather and document business requirements for SAP S/4HANA Finance projects.
•Analyze and optimize Finance processes across AP, AR, GL, Treasury, and reporting.
•Create user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
•Collaborate with SAP consultants, architects, developers, and business users.
•Support testing (UAT), defect resolution, business sign-offs, and go-live/hypercare activities.

Key Requirements

•6–10 years of experience as a Business Analyst in SAP Finance or ERP transformation.
•Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Finance and Finance process analysis.
•Experience with AP, AR, GL, Treasury, Reporting, Financial Close, and Controlling.
•Skilled in requirements gathering, process mapping, and functional documentation.
•Experience supporting UAT, change management, and solution design.
