District Field Technician (Mechanic)

Maintain and repair heavy equipment and aerial lifts across the Midland South, TX region, using real-time work order and service-interval data to diagnose issues and restore equipment quickly. Work Monday–Friday with overtime pay, occasionally traveling to customer job sites when required. You’ll handle mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel repairs, keep accurate electronic documentation, and support lower-level technician training while following safe practices and OSHA requirements.
