Job Summary

Work on rotating equipment such as blowers, compressors, and vacuum systems with a strong mechanical focus. Perform on-site commissioning, diagnose and resolve mechanical failures, and analyze machine performance using thermodynamics principles. In addition to technical work, drive service business growth by promoting maintenance contracts and recurring revenue models, building customer relationships, and supporting planned maintenance adoption.

Key Responsibilities

•Perform on-site commissioning and field interventions for rotating equipment.
•Diagnose and resolve failures with a mechanical focus (bearings, wear, alignment, balancing, etc.).
•Analyze equipment performance (efficiency, overheating, operational deviations) and apply thermodynamics to optimize installations.
•Develop service business by identifying revenue opportunities and selling maintenance, spare parts, retrofits, and upgrades.
•Build trusted customer relationships, act as the technical reference on site, and support planned maintenance models.
