Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform on-site commissioning and field interventions for rotating equipment.
  • •Diagnose and resolve failures with a mechanical focus (bearings, wear, alignment, balancing, etc.).
  • •Analyze equipment performance (efficiency, overheating, operational deviations) and apply thermodynamics to optimize installations.
  • •Develop service business by identifying revenue opportunities and selling maintenance, spare parts, retrofits, and upgrades.
  • •Build trusted customer relationships, act as the technical reference on site, and support planned maintenance models.

Key Requirements

  • •Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Experience in an industrial environment, ideally with rotating equipment.

  • •Knowledge of thermodynamics applied to compression, heat transfer, and energy efficiency.
