Key Responsibilities

  • •Collect and document accounts involving bankruptcy, deceased estates, non-probated deceased estates, and life/disability insurance claims.
  • •Initiate bankruptcy processes for new filings and manage status from receipt of notice through final court clearance.
  • •Submit claims to courts for inclusion in the estate and probate process, and assign accounts to outside vendors for representation activities.
  • •Ensure compliance with federal, state, and district bankruptcy/probate requirements and internal policies for both internal and vendor actions.
  • •Enter client information and account status updates in bank systems, research records as needed, and process trustee/vendor/proceeds payment tickets.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma required.
  • •Minimum one year in a customer service, bankruptcy, or probate-related field in a call center.
  • •Strong analytical, organizational, and detail-oriented skills.
  • •Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced team environment.
  • •Strong experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and computer/data entry skills with moderate speed and accuracy.
