Job Summary

Lead the creative direction and design quality of the Fin.ai website, a core brand and product storytelling surface. You’ll set the creative bar, evolve the visual and interaction system, and guide a team of designers in London and EMEA to deliver distinctive web experiences across pages, launches, and campaigns. Partner with cross-functional teams and engineering to ensure creative concepts are feasible, accessible, and built with strong craft and coherence.

•Set and evolve the creative vision for the Fin.ai website as a primary brand and product storytelling surface.
•Lead, manage, and coach a team of designers to produce clearer, sharper, and more distinctive work.
•Raise web design craft across layout, typography, interaction, motion, art direction, visual systems, and storytelling.
•Own and maintain a strong design system for the website, ensuring consistency and coherence.
•Partner cross-functionally with web, marketing, content, engineering, and senior leadership to translate product ideas into compelling web experiences.
