Job Summary

Create culturally relevant jewelry designs for the Pandora brand, working with Design Directors and Senior Designers from concept through final output. Manage individual projects—from initial research to collection design—by correcting CADs and refining physical prototypes. Develop creative and technical sketches, propose original ideas and new materials/techniques, and support the Product Development team with sample corrections ahead of Proto Reviews. Contribute to the Creative Vision through research and moodboards.

Key Responsibilities

•Work closely with the Design Director on all matters relating to collections
•Manage projects from initial research through designing the collection, correcting CADs and perfecting physical prototypes
•Propose original, future-thinking ideas that influence Pandora collections
•Ensure projects are developed and launched within deadlines
•Develop creative/technical sketches and support Product Development with sample corrections ahead of Proto Reviews while exploring new materials and techniques

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of experience
•Strong creative background in fine jewellery or fashion jewellery
•Knowledge of jewellery manufacturing (fine or fashion jewellery)
•Available portfolio demonstrating your skills and thought processes with moodboards and designs
•Proficiency in hand drawing and/or design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and/or 3D
