Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with brokers on risk assessment and risk management consulting for Aon clients.
  • •Manage client projects end-to-end, including leading project teams of multiple analysts and coordinating with broking and other collaborators.
  • •Prepare property insurance policy data for catastrophe risk analysis using SQL and data conversion tools and run catastrophe modeling for portfolio analyses.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of catastrophe modeling experience using major model vendors (including AIR and RMS), with strong knowledge of model methodologies and assumptions.
  • •Proficiency in English and Spanish (bi-lingual) is required.
  • •Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of PowerPoint.
  • •Practical experience with data analysis, data clean-up/validation, and analytical problem-solving.
