Job Summary

Produce high-quality, safe products by executing compounding and material-handling tasks in compliance with Quality Management, Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP standards. Follow approved procedures, accurately compound materials using formulas and batch instructions, prevent contamination and mix-ups, and maintain 5S and proper equipment operation. Monitor for quality deviations and food-safety hazards, promptly report issues to supervision, and ensure product integrity throughout processing, storage, and transfer.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow approved production, quality, food safety, and safety procedures
•Comply with GMP, HACCP, PRPs, OPRPs, and CCP monitoring requirements as assigned
•Accurately compound materials according to approved formulas and batch instructions
•Prevent contamination and product mix-ups using proper ventilation, 5S housekeeping, safe equipment operation, required PPE, and chemical handling/spill-response procedures
•Operate pumps, filters, scales, computer systems, and other equipment to maintain product integrity; report quality deviations, food-safety hazards, equipment issues, and unsafe conditions to supervision

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent
•1–3 years of experience working as a packing compounder
•Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices)
•Knowledge of HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points)
•Ability to stand 60–90% of the workday and frequently lift a 35-lb product hose
