Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow approved production, quality, food safety, and safety procedures.
  • •Comply with GMP, HACCP, PRPs, OPRPs, and CCP monitoring requirements as assigned.
  • •Accurately compound materials using approved formulas and batch instructions.
  • •Prevent contamination and product mix-ups using ventilation, 5S housekeeping, safe equipment operation, required PPE, and chemical spill-response procedures.
  • •Report quality deviations, food safety hazards, equipment issues, or unsafe conditions to supervision, and maintain product integrity by operating production equipment throughout processing, storage, and transfer.
