Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop photolithography unit processes and integrate them as part of multi-functional teams for next-generation semiconductor devices.
  • •Support technology transfers by documenting procedures, transferring developed processes, and communicating results to senior management and manufacturing partners.
  • •Collaborate with equipment vendors to improve equipment design, test new equipment, and drive process improvements.
  • •Improve cell yield and device performance using process techniques, including failure analysis.
  • •Execute R&D photolithography process roadmap work, including literature review for IP opportunities and clear reporting of plans, status, and results.

Key Requirements

  • •Understanding of optics and application of immersion lithography, polarized illumination, and low k1 imaging.
  • •Experience with chemical processes for 365, 248, and 193nm lithography materials.
  • •Experience with lithography simulation software and applying it to low k1 imaging.
  • •Material properties knowledge and lithography characterization techniques.
  • •At least 3 years of experience; Ph.D. in Physics/Optics/Photonics, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, or a related field.
